this weekend brought many wonderful things... saturday we adventured north to Ikea. when i say north i don't really mean all that north, just 45 minutes. we were in need of a duvet cover. and we found a wonderful one. on the way home we stopped at Borderland State Park to play some frisbee golf! Frisbee golf is a game that i am still relatively new to, but its super fun.
There are special discs and these funny "hoops" that you try to get the frisbee in. There are two tees for each hole, a closer and a farther. (we definitely did the closer tee!) The hoops are round with chains hanging down, and you try to get it in the basket part of the hoop. Its fun, and hard, and i usually end up 2-3 throws above par! the weather was wonderful and the park was so full! what a fabulous day....
