today's post is about sushi. This is a picture of homemade sushi that my friends and i made a few years ago. homemade sushi is easy and so cheap and wicked fun. 
you can design your own rolls, and use the veggies and extra that you want, plus drink wine! :) i was thinking about sushi yesterday because i went for a job interview (kind of ~ it was a temp agency) and if i got a job me and the boy were going to go out for sushi. i haven't had any in a really long time. maybe we should start planning a sushi party! maybe in november... maybe for my birthday! i'm the big ole 26 this year!! :) and the last one of the girls to turn 26! :) of course we will need to have a steak and or chicken option for my less brave friends :)
so the moral of this post is.... go eat some sushi! its good for your brain.

& I'm with you- sushi is easy to make. Once you start- it's hard to stop (and the money you save making it yourself= bonus!)
